Maximum 7 people per court. At Franky's Delft we have 10 jobs. 
7 children can play at the same time on the pixel floor.

Children can go bowling from 4 years old. There are automatic bumper gates in every lane. 
There are also slides available. You don't need to book all this. 

Bringing your own drinks or food is not allowed.

However, if you have booked a children's party or package, you are allowed to bring your own cake or cake. You must provide your own plates and cutlery. If desired, we can take care of this for you for a fee of €0.50 per person.

Please note: this must be indicated in advance due to the availability of tables.

Payment and invoice terms

• With a dinner package we ask for a deposit of €5 per person.

• Bowling alleys and children's parties must be paid 100% in advance.

• It is possible to adjust the number of people downwards later.

Payment options

• We accept payments by cash, debit card and credit card.

• We do not accept VVV or other vouchers. Vouchers from the former Karrewiel cannot be used.

• Gifty and National Bowling Voucher vouchers can be reserved by phone or email.

Invoices and VAT receipts

• Your invoice will always clearly state your (company) name, the description of the services and the VAT amount.

• If you have booked online, you can request a VAT voucher on site.

• For invoices from €300, we offer the option to send them by e-mail. To do this, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in advance by e-mail: company name, address details, contact person, and if applicable a cost center or PO number.

• For invoices under €300, we charge €15 administration costs. If necessary, €15 for onboarding e-invoicing.

• The payment term is 7 days.

Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation within the established cancellation period, the amount paid will be automatically refunded to you.

Extend your playtime on the spot
Our bowling lanes are rented by the hour and always start at full hours. Want to play longer? On the day itself, depending on availability, you can arrange a half-hour extension on the spot. 

Let us know at the front desk and we will be happy to see what is possible!

These locations are wheelchair friendly. There is a disabled toilet available!

Pets are not allowed.

Yes, at Franky's we take special wishes into account as much as possible during grilling.

• Halal
  We provide separate halal meat and guests get a separate grill for this. Please note: halal cannot be ordered unlimited and has a more limited range.

• Vegetarian
  For vegetarians, we have different types of meat substitutes and vegetable options. We use a separate grill for this, so that they do not come into contact with meat.

• Vegan
  For vegans we serve a separate dish, such as vegan pie or chili sin carne. We do not use meat substitutes.

• Gluten-free
  We have allergen-free marinated meat, gluten-free bread and a separate fryer to prevent cross-contamination. This way, guests with a gluten intolerance can still grill safely.

• Lactose-free & other allergies
  In consultation, we can provide adapted sauces and desserts. Always indicate this in advance when booking, so that our kitchen can prepare.

👉 Important: always inform us of dietary requirements and allergies well in advance. This way we ensure that everything is well organized and everyone can enjoy carefree.

Extra: we also have halal snacks available for children's parties.

Does Franky's work with events and initiatives as a sponsor?

Answer: Yes, at Franky's we are open to collaborations with events and initiatives that connect
with our mission and target group. However, we do have some conditions and guidelines:

• No individual teams: Unfortunately, we do not sponsor individual teams, such as sports teams or personal initiatives.
  Our focus is on events and projects with a broader impact.
• Mutual added value: We are looking for collaborations that benefit both parties. Think about visibility
  via social media, newsletters, or on-site activations during the event.
• Connection with our target group: Initiatives that strengthen our core values and target group are preferred.
• Creative collaborations: We are interested in ideas that go beyond just a logo on
  a banner. Think of unique activations, joint marketing campaigns, or sustainable collaborations.

Important to know:
All prices for bowling, grilling and burger packages do not include drinks. You can choose
tokens at €3.65 each, with which your guests can order beer, wine or soft drinks.
