All-round bar and waiter

Description:

As an all-round bar & service employee, you have a position with a range of activities and possibilities.

- Preparing drinks for bowling alleys and restaurant.
- Serving dishes at the tables.
- Receiving and guiding guests at the reception.

Type of employment

Part-time, starting with a fixed-term contract.

What we expect from you and the minimum requirements

We work with a bi-weekly basic schedule. After you have settled in, we will agree together on what your regular days will be.
There is a minimum, but more is always allowed and possible in consultation.

- At least 2 shifts, 1 of which is on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
- The holidays are an essential part of the hospitality industry and cannot be ignored
  thinking in this industry. We are open 365 days a year and every holiday comes
  . Everyone works at least one Easter day and one Christmas day.
-  At least 18 years old

What will you do?

        ·You manage the team and are the first point of contact on the shop floor.

        ·You coach colleagues and help them get a little better every day.

        ·You ensure that guests have a great evening.

        ·You keep an overview of the whole business and make adjustments where necessary.

        ·You work closely with the manager.

        ·You identify areas for improvement and come up with your own ideas.

        ·You set a good example by actively participating yourself.
