During your shifts, you take charge of the daily operations, actively participate on the floor and ensure that both guests and colleagues go home with a smile.

What will you do?

        ·You manage the team and are the first point of contact on the shop floor.

        ·You coach colleagues and help them get a little better every day.

        ·You ensure that guests have a great evening.

        ·You keep an overview of the whole business and make adjustments where necessary.

        ·You work closely with the manager.

        ·You identify areas for improvement and come up with your own ideas.

        ·You set a good example by actively participating yourself.

        ·You have experience in the hospitality industry.

        ·You have managerial experience or are ready for the next step.

        ·You stay calm during busy moments.

        ·You are flexible in the evenings, weekends and on public holidays.

        ·You want to continue to develop yourself.
